Panama City Police Department Charged a Panama Guy

Dylan John “D.J.” Weiler, 18, of Panama City was charged by the authorities on four counts of offence and was indicted for the theft of 3 firearms from134 Derby Woods. To make this incident look like a burglary, Weiler, wrap the guns from a safe at his girlfriend’s residence and then procured the support of others to trash the residence said Capt. Jimmy Stanford.

Stanford said that they are still looking at that and more charges might be waiting. Panama City investigators said that on the New Year’s Eve Weiler took a .357 Magnum, one of the stolen guns, for William Proctor to a Spring Avenue birthday party. Proctor is who challenged him to play Russian roulette and have just turned 21, Weiler handed the gun and a bullet to him.

As per a Panama City Police Department apprehend evidence, weiler asked Proctor, “Do you want to play Russian roulette?”
