Brand new version of classic casino roulette named Rapid Roulette was launched on 15^th June, 2008 in the Atlantic City at four Harrah’s Entertainment Casino facilities. The rules are similar to those used in the regular roulette but it is a bit advanced as there is an involvement of the computerized wagering system which improves the tempo of the game of roulette.

The director of the casino table games operations for Caesars named, Paulo Natello said that it has been around four years that rapid roulette game has been present in Las Vegas. He added that most of the customers have this feeling that they are just playing by using their computer.

This game of Rapid Roulette uses two roulette croupiers with the same number of dealers to handle two roulette tables which has six players.

As the dealers not have to clear the chips from the losers and distribute the wagers to the winners personally as the computer does it all for them, it has a faster pace than regular roulette game.

One other advantage attached with this game is that players do not have to get the chips personally. And with this the supervisors and the dealers will be at ease as the supervisor will be able to record the wagers of the players.

Due to this faster pace the casino facilities will be benefited as in a minute the game has a spin when compared with the regular roulette game. Here in this game one of the croupiers is engaged in spinning the wheel whereas the other croupier is engaged in helping the players to work with their computers and distributing their winnings. It also rewards the players by touching an area on the screen and giving away the chip or cash at the end of the particular season.
