Fireman killed driver “Playing Russian roulette”

Aug-7-2008- The Falkirk Sheriff Court heard a case of a Firefighter who killed a driver in a crash by speeding through a red light.
The name of the driver is Garry Trotter and he was driving a fire engine when this accident took place. The man who was killed in this crash was a 51-year-old deaf man John McIntosh.
The officer PC Stewart said that - “It would be playing Russian roulette going through that area at 37mph with that zone of invisibility.”
