Last night a new castle woman was shot at her residence while she was playing “Russian Roulette” with her friends.

The state police alleged that around 6 P.M, Tyler Culver-McMillan was showing a handgun to Nicole Duddy, 18 at the residence, on Parkwood Court. In fact Ms Duddy said that she was frightened of the gun. While Playing “Russian Roulette”, Mr. Culver-McMillan unloaded all, except one of the bullets. The victim was shot by placing the gun to her buttocks.

21 year old suspected man, who has no known address, threw down his gun and run away and was subsequently arrested with the help of police dog. After this incident, Ms. Duddy was admitted to the hospital, where she is secure but in critical condition.
