On Tuesday afternoon in Manila, a heartrending turn took after a drinking session among the neighbors when a 27-year-old driver evidently killed himself playing “Russian roulette”. Police said that a man named as Joseph Romero, of Legarda Street, Sampaloc, died of a gunshot to the right temple.

“The incident happened around 4 p.m. in the victim’s house while Romero was drinking with his neighbors, Jonathan Mejino and Abel Valerosa.” said Senior Police Officer 2 Virgo Villareal of the Manila Police District homicide division.
